🐦 Fate of the Ravenhag Is Complete!
We have officially finished and playtested the second adventure of the manual: Fate of the Ravenhag! This eerie, high-stakes tale has been thoroughly explored and refined, and we can’t wait to share it with you.
The only thing left before we move into full layout is one last pass of playtesting for the trickiest creatures—the ones who don’t like to be tamed (or balanced).

🧪 First Round of Playtesting—Complete!
We’ve just wrapped up the first round of internal playtesting, and the results? Wickedly promising! Our brave testers dove headfirst into the mire of curses, claws, and chaos, and came out haggier (and happier) than ever. We’re now handing off our most challenging hags to a team of professional designers and playtesters for a final round of tweaks and revisions. These are the big ones—the mechanics that twist reality, haunt your party’s dreams, or break every polite table rule in the best possible way.

The coven has been busy, and it’s time to pull back the veil and let you see what’s brewing inside Satzija’s Tome of Hags!
We’re thrilled to report that the manual is nearly complete—the last major piece, our adventure Fate of the Raven Hag, is currently in production, and the artwork is nearly finished. The book is beginning to look like the grim, yet gorgeously colorful grimoire we’ve always envisioned—and we think you're going to love it.
Here's a new preview - the Mountain Hag!
Behind the scenes, professional playtesting is in full swing, making sure our mechanics are balanced, flavorful, and fun. And guess what? We’re preparing a new piece of playtest material just for you, which will be released very soon. Get your dice ready. 🎲
(PS: exclusive playtesting materials will be given to our Discord community members as well, so make sure to join if you'd like to see what we have in store for our Discordian side of the coven!)
In terms of overall production, things are moving steadily and confidently forward. We're still on track to meet our original October 2025 fulfillment goal. We’re not rushing—we’re crafting, refining, and obsessing over every word, stat block, and ink stroke to give you a truly special book.
🧾 Let's Talk Tariffs (But Keep It Light)
We’ve had a few questions about potential tariff impacts, especially with recent changes in international trade. Since we've planned to use print-on-demand (likely Lulu, to ensure prints of the highest quality) from the beginning, we’re in a good position. This means we won’t be importing massive print runs from overseas, and we’ll avoid some of the most punishing fees.
That said, POD providers like Lulu may still adjust pricing based on materials and hardware tariffs. It's too early to know exactly how things will shake out, but rest assured—we’re watching it closely, and we remain optimistic. 🪶
All our projects are more than just a product for us—they are a love letter to worldbuilding and DnD at large. No matter what happens, we’re committed to delivering a best-in-class resource, from writing to layout, from mechanics to magic.
If you know our work, you know what we stand for: quality, creativity, and community. That won’t change. This tome will be rich, wild, and beautifully wicked—just like the hags who inspired it.
