We are thrilled to share that the physical fulfillment of Tome of Hags is almost complete. 🕯️📖
The first batch of manuals is well underway, and many of you have already received your copy. Hearing that you’re loving it has meant the world to us. Truly. That kind of feedback is what keeps us creating, refining, and dreaming bigger!
Alongside the Tome, we are also shipping:
We’re still waiting on the final proofs for Big Empty Blue #2, which should arrive in the next few days. Once approved, those will move swiftly into production. The zines will follow shortly after.
We want to be transparent about one ongoing challenge. We are encountering difficulties with some packages and envelopes crossing the US border.
This issue will not impact the shipping of the manual or Big Empty Blue #2, but it may affect items like:
Unfortunately, this part of the process is outside of our direct control. What we can promise is that we’re filling out all the right forms (which are MANY) and doing everything possible to get your goodies safely to your doorstep.

WE DID IT! All Tome of Hags print orders are officially in production, and we are incredibly proud to share that we’ve now surpassed 2,000 printed copies!
This is a huge milestone for us—and it’s only possible because of your trust, patience, and enthusiasm!
If you backed a physical pledge and have completed your BackerKit survey, you should receive a confirmation email in the next few days.
Once production is complete, shipping should take between 2 and 4 weeks. Some copies are already getting ready for shipping, so keep an eye on your mailbox—you may receive your Tome sooner than expected.
Good news for our U.S. backers: you won’t need to worry about tariffs or import delays on this order! Your copies are being produced directly in the United States.
Our printing partner, Lulu, is a high-quality print-on-demand company that works through regional printing hubs. This means your copy will be printed as close to you as possible—U.S., UK, EU, etc.—depending on your location.
Because different printers are involved, very slight variations between regions are possible.
Cat and I have personally tested North American and EU prints, and we found no blemishes or imperfections. If your copy arrives with a clear printing issue, please let us know. We’ll contact Lulu to arrange a reprint.

If you haven’t filled out your BackerKit survey yet, don’t panic: there’s still (some) time.
While the main order is now finalized, we’ll do our very best to continue fulfilling late physical orders via monthly bulk print runs through August 2026. The sooner you submit your survey, the sooner your copy can be included in an upcoming batch. After the August deadline, we cannot guarantee that your printed copy will reach you, so please fill out your late BackerKit survey as soon as possible.

We’re very happy to report that the second round of printed proofs for Tome of Hags has arrived, and they look amazing!
The interiors are crisp, the colors are rich, the binding feels solid, and the whole book has that weight and presence we were hoping for. In short: it finally feels like the Tome.
With these proofs approved, we are officially good to go, which means it’s time.
This is the last chance to finalize or update your BackerKit address and order details.
Once the main shipment is ordered, we’ll always do our best to accommodate individual cases, but changes made after this point may take longer to resolve.
