The smoke test is live, and we wanted to thank everyone who’s already completed their survey: it truly helps us smooth out the process for everyone else. We really appreciate it.
A few of you reached out asking if there was a way to preview all the STL miniatures included in the add-ons and bundles. Since BackerKit doesn’t support full visual previews directly in the survey, we’re happy to provide a full showcase here:

The moment we’ve been working toward is here.
The first complete draft of the layout for Tome of Hags is ready!
And we’re thrilled to share a few preview pages with you, fresh from the annotated file.

Because we’ve reached this milestone, we’re officially closing late pledges. Our next step is to send out BackerKit surveys so we can collect updated addresses, delivery preferences, and finalize your rewards.
To make sure everything flows smoothly, we’ll start with a smoke test—only about 5% of backers will receive the survey at first. Once we confirm that everything works well, the surveys will go out to everyone.
Next up, we’ll share an early access version of the PDF manual with selected backers to help us identify any final typos or minor issues.
Our goal is to deliver the PDF to you as soon as possible and submit the files to the printer by the second half of October. With some help, we’ll have the digital (and hopefully physical) copies of Tome of Hags delivered by Halloween!
Hang in there, acolytes. The Tome is coming, and it’s going to be worth the wait.
